Kitty SittingerCatherine R "Kitty" Sittinger (nee Driscoll), 83 years old of Elyria, Ohio passed away at University Hospital's Elyria Medical Center on Wednesday, April 25, 2018.

She was born on November 27, 1934 in Bronx, New York and made her home here since 1956. A member of St. Mary Catholic Church, she was a Girl Scout Leader and she enjoyed playing bingo and reading. She had great pride and love for her family. During her younger years she was employed at Macy's Department Store in New York.

Surviving her are three daughters, Deborah (Michael) Cipullo of Sanford, Florida, Susan (Rick) Lottman of LaGrange, Ohio, and Patricia “Tisha” (Robert) Poling of South Amherst, Ohio; five grandchildren, Amanda and Jonathan (Mandy) Kimbler, Brandon (Kelli) Lottman, and Kaylyn and Marissa Poling; and one great granddaughter, Brooklyn Kimbler.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Richard in 2008; an infant daughter, Teresa Ann; three brothers, Joseph, Donald, and Timothy Driscoll; one sister, Teresa O’Driscoll; and her parents, Timothy and Nora (nee Sullivan) O’Driscoll.

Friends will be received at the Reichlin Roberts Funeral Home, 327 Cleveland Street, Elyria, Ohio on Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Closing prayers will be in the funeral home at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, April 30, 2018 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 320 Middle Avenue, Elyria, Ohio. The Reverend Father Charles Diedrick, Pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Elyria, Ohio.
